Macro keys causing trouble in chrome

So ive binded the macro keys in my blackwidow to adjust the volume and switch songs in spotify and such but whenever i switch a song in spotify chrome will open soundcloud and start playing some random song in there. Is there any way to disable the macro keys in chrome?
