Anyone Experiencing Google Sync/Account issues?

Yeah so a few hours ago I was checking my YouTube feed on my phone and I got a message 'An Error Occurred' I thought this was goofy so I restarted my phone. Same thing,  'An Error Occurred' 

So I re-installed YouTube. Same error messages.

I have CyanogenMod installed on my phone so I thought I may have had the wrong Gapps installed. So I re-installed Gapps. Nope.

I re-installed CyanogenMod, I couldn't sync my Google settings, so at this point I'm baffled.

None of Google's services work for me. Are the servers down?

I was having some issues getting into my Google account a little bit ago but after 5 or so tries I was able to log in.
