Jeecoo Headset Strange Mic Problem

So I recently bought a Jeecoo Headset, and now whenever I talk to friends, they say I'm cutting out, however if I record myself and listen to it or enable the listen to device thing, its crystal clear? Any way to fix this?

It's most likely a problem with your internet. These kind off problems are very easily encountered through inconsistent and slow internet. If you find that your internet is fine, it's probably a problem with your port and/or just hardware. Very unlikely that it's a software problem.
