Looking for 2 pre built PC for work

Ok, so I would never go with a prebuilt system, but this is for 2 people at the place I work.

One of the current PC's is old and terrible (3 gb ram, 2 core cpu, slow hard drive)

The other one has a pentium processor with 8gb ram, etc. My boss would like to replace vs upgrade it in case of failures(the hardware is already 3 years old so)

Before I start with more details I'm looking for a Pre Built PC $650 or lower. BUT ALSO PLEASE NOTE: if you can find a custom built pc for much cheaper (all the parts) then a pre built one then please tell me and I might just put them together myself.

Ok so here is what I'm aiming for

A higher end i5 or i7 CPU. IT MUST BE QUAD CORE! *If for some reason that cpu doesn't have an integrated graphics than a cheap graphics card that can run 1 or possibly 2 monitors with no problems on the display(one of the old pc's for some reason has a problem displaying a certain monitor, old graphics. )

*If pre built, must have windows 10, if custom built, I will install windows 10 myself and provide the product keys.

8 gb ram.

At Least 500 gb storage. (So for custom built you can include a ssd for the os very cheap or one with 500gb storage for cheap then let me know) (or even an sshd)

If you are going for the custom built then I'm just looking for a cheap case that fits everything, nothing fancy at all, no fancy lighting, no windows, cheap but can hold everything.

If you are going for the custom built then a psu that can support everything.

I'm not looking for wifi capabilities on the desktop at all, they will both be plugged in through the ethernet ports.

I don't care about any optical drives or cd drivers either. They are not important for business

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR AN ALL IN ONE PC EITHER!!!

The purpose of these computers: They will be running Outlook and Chrome 24/7. Other office products such as word, excel, powerpoint, publisher will also be used frequently. Chrome will have many tabs open at once.

A backup service(Microsoft One Drive) will be running 24/7 also. Other programs such as a pdf handler and a remote connection program will be running almost 24/7. Other programs for conferencing will also be used.

*The reason why I was aiming for a high end it or i7 is because of past experience. Also these 2 computers need to run smoothly and lag free ; 100% usage or 100% disk usage can not be a problem like it is currently. This is a desktop so no dual core cpu is going to cut it either.

*Please do not recommend an i3 cpu, that is not what I'm looking for.

*Not really looking for an amd CPU either, they aren't superior anymore.
