Gsync not working with Overwatch

Go to solution Solved by Oshino Shinobu,

What FPS are you actually running at? GSync will disable once you go past your monitor's refresh rate. With VSync turned off, your GPU will just push out frames when they're drawn, regardless of what the monitor is doing (while over monitor's refresh rate). If you cap the FPS at just below your monitor's refresh rate, GSync will stay active.

I have Acer Predator XB241H and I have gync enabled on the monitor hardware and I have it enabled in nvidea control panel for both full screen and windowed mode. However, when I get into the game i still have screen tearing. Whats going on? I have vsync turned off and refresh rate capped at 201.
