Horrible screen tearing

So i just posted this yesterday, and one user suggested to switch cables, and so i did..... magically when i put 1st monitors cable into 2nd monitor and vice versa it worked!! at least in the very small test i did.

 

I just turned on my pc today, and the screen tearing is back, still on 1 monitor and still on the same one....

 

Is my monitor fucked???

To my knowledge this happened out of the blue, it happens in full screen videos and in games.

I just reinstalled the drivers. and now it works agian.........
