Outlook not launching

My fresh install of Outlook (Office 365) on my new PC does not launch and is stuck on the loading screen "loading profiles" . I have successfully set up 1 email account on it successfully and I do not understand why it is not launching.

If you just fresh installed it, ensure windows is not trying to download and install updates for it.
