Yes, all parts are compatible.

 

You might consider going with an ATX motherboard. An m-ATX board will look a little lost in an ATX case. Perhaps  MSI B150 PC Mate ATX LGA1151 Motherboard.

 

You might consider a less expensive and slightly smaller psu. 450W is more than enough for the system.  Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

 

I would consider a less expensive gpu. Perhaps  Gigabyte GV-N1060D5-6GD.
