Posted September 16, 2016 i was sitting in my room the other day and i heard a loud *POP* so i thought it might've been a capacitor in my monitor. a few minutes after the pop, the monitor now only shows green and red on screen.and it is also quite hot. i unplugged it for now to be safe. I don't think that it was a cap blowing. Capacitors exploding usually entails fire and shrapnel. They don't have to produce flames or launch shrapnel over the show. If the top has blown - which is a safety feature then it would be just alot of horrible smelling smoke. I know this cos when I get bored I play with caps and see how well they do when they are blown up lol A menace to the scammer world. They hate me wasting their time when they are conning the innocent and giving to the idiots. It could me a matter of things, It could be the tracks on the circuit board and not enough clearance which resulted in a ark.
