I have a 256GB SSD with windows 10 on it, no bootloader partition or anything. I had a second ssd which had another copy of w10 that when it booted off of it it would ask me which drive i wanted to boot off of.

I no longer have the second ssd just the 256gb. I just installed w10 to a space hdd in the system and it boots fine. how do i add my ssd to the boot options and repair the mbr?

I know this is solved, but I'm curious as to why you boot multiple instances of the same OS. I dual boot W10 and Linux, but I've never seen someone with two of the same OS.
