CAM overlay for FPS

I just bought the NZXT Hue+ and I was trying to use the Cam Overlay to see my FPS while in games. 

 

I can't get it to work at all... it just doesn't show up even after doing the Shft+O or whatever the toggle command is set to.

 

Does it just not work with Steam games or am I doing something wrong. 

 

I run Windows 10 if that matters

Doesn't work for me too. It's in beta currently. You can use MSI afterburner to get similar overlay in games.
