Windows Update not booting

I did a windows update on my 100% working custom windows PC. When i started it up after I did the updates, It took forever to "install" them. Then it just sat at a black screen for about an hour. Then i force shutdown and started again. It went into a process of "restoring to a previous version", when it went back to the black screen and is still there as I'm writing this. What do I do to fix this?

 

(If I have to, I have an old HDD that has windows that I can just clone to my current one)
