Budget PC Build Wanted

I am a mac gamer/user, yes I know they are terrible for gaming, unless you like playing CS-GO on minimum graphics, but I've recently HIGHLY considered getting a pc, I've made a couple builds under a $1000 that I'm considering saving for, but my request is for the best gaming rig you can build for under $1000, no that does not mean $999, please don't be that guy.  PS. Mac is excellent for everyday use, so I don't want to hate on them to much.
