Nmi io channel error

Hello everyone, I have a dell t3500 and I've encountered the error mentioned in the title above I.e I/o channel check pic attached below aswell. My pc boots up and loads successfully but this blue screen error pops up after 10-15mins every time. I have googled and it's mentioned on many forums that it could be a problem of an expansion card. I have an expansion card too installed in my pc (pic attached below). I wanna ask If I should take out the expansion card, will it be okay? What exactly is the purpose of an expansion card? Is it safe to use my computer without it? Need help.
