Which one is better?

I'm looking for a mini-itx motherboard with on board wifi and i've found these two among the cheapest but i don't know which one to choose:

asrock h170m-itx/ac

asrock h110m-itx/ac

The big difference is the chipset, i know that the h170 is better but i don't know if is worth spending 30€ more, what are the actual differences? 

And one last thing is the on board wi fi good? The pc will be in the same room as the router

The motherboard will go along with an i5-6500 and a gtx 970

There's not much difference according to PCpartpicker, so you might as well go with the H110M. However, it has 1 antenna compared to the 2 on the H170. The PC in the same room as the router will be very good, and you should get good signal.

Found this. Basically if you can live with a fewer sata and usb ports (among other things) you should be good to go with H110.
