Error Logs on my Game Server

I have an unturned (its an early access game on steam) server that I'm running and I was trying to unban someone so I went into the blacklist .DAT file (which I normally do and have done without any problems) and I deleted all the code on the blacklist file (keep in mind I've done that before) then I launched the server and I got so many error logs. also the workshop file when I go into the servers file is now gone. The only difference between me doing it then versus now is that I was running a different custom map. Both maps are vanilla and need no mods. I tried using one of the default maps that you get with the game and to no avail. I even tried copying the worshop file from when I copied the unturned files and it didnt work. I'll put some images below for more context. Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you delete the blacklist file, or just its contents? It looks to me like you deleted the file, and the game is still looking for the file

I deleted just the contents and for some reason after reinstalling the game made the game delete the workshop file. But now that you mention it the error logs make it look as if it is deleted ill check again.

That's weird cause the blacklist file is still there.
