32bit video editing software

Hi guys, I have a laptop that has an atom quad core cherrytail processor clocked at 1.6 Ghz with 2Gb of DDr3L Ram. What sort of video editing software will run? It does not have to be free but my budget is less than US$50. Help me!

that's not very powerfull for a video editing machine... for anything serious you sould probably have a better PC.
It it's just cutting an pasting together a few videofiles than even windows movie maker will function for the bare minimum.

I haven't used it myself so I can't make a recomandation but sony Movie Studio 13 is about $50.
And since they make good editing software I assume they know what they're doing
