Need opinion

Hello everyone,
So last week i asked here on the forum about my new pc that i was planing to build. I finnaly ordered the parts:
Case:  Deepcool Kendomen
PSU:   Corsair CX650M (grey)
Mobo: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

CPU:   Intel i5-6500

RAM:  HyperX 8 gb ddr4 2133Mhz ( will get another one next month)
GPU:  Asus Strix radeon r9 390

HDD: Western Digital 1TB Blue
SSD: Crucial 60gb ( i got it for free)

So i was really happy with this but, now i found out that the RX 480 is coming to my country next week for the same price as the 390.
My question, is the 480 besids power consumption in anything else better than the 390?

P.S. i still have time to change my mind about the parts till Monday

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.

Pretty similar in performance, if the 480 is cheaper then get it. But otherwise the 390 ahould be fine.

I just saw you have a 390. Are you happy with it, can you max out games at 1080p?

Pretty great gpu, does well in high 1440p(moved from 1080p some time ago) should be good for ultra 1080p.
