Need help with BSOD

Computer said CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and restarted. When it turned back on, the screen is black after bios and there is a white dash blinking on the bottom left. Restarted a couple times but I can't boot into Windows.

put in the windows install disk and click repair computer

Shift F8 for safe mode isn't working, think I'll just do a clean install if I can't get it working.

Holy shit is this some big conspiracy. Someone tried to hack my GOG from Russia and Saudi Arabia. Thank god for two step authentication.
