Sometimes I have really bad disk freezes while playing games and this was the DiskMark64 results:

 

* MB/s = 1,000,000 bytes/s [SATA/600 = 600,000,000 bytes/s]
* KB = 1000 bytes, KiB = 1024 bytes

   Sequential Read (Q= 32,T= 1) :   103.553 MB/s
  Sequential Write (Q= 32,T= 1) :   106.037 MB/s
  Random Read 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) :     0.652 MB/s [   159.2 IOPS]
 Random Write 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) :     0.954 MB/s [   232.9 IOPS]
         Sequential Read (T= 1) :   106.336 MB/s
        Sequential Write (T= 1) :   106.752 MB/s
   Random Read 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) :     0.271 MB/s [    66.2 IOPS]
  Random Write 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) :     0.998 MB/s [   243.7 IOPS]

  Test : 1024 MiB [E: 95.1% (1772.1/1862.9 GiB)] (x5)  [Interval=5 sec]

What should I do?

Check the drive SMART status
