Fallout 4 Re-installation Glitch?

I downloaded an ENB that happened to change the sound of Fallout to a much more 'vibey' experience. I decided to uninstall the enb but the sound files were still there, then I re-installed fallout 4 and uninstalled the enb again (the files were still there), but the sound files haven't changed, what do I do, where can I get the original files or can someone copy their files and send me a mediafire link to help me out?

delete all files pertaining to fallout 4, even in the documents files (if saves are in documents make sure to back them up)

If you uninstalled FO4 through Steam (delete local files) it doesn't remove any custom files. If you want to get rid of custom files without re-downloading the game, back it up through Steam (won't backup any custom files), delete the Fallout 4 directory in your steamapps folder, then reinstall from the backup.
