Hey guys anyone had any success in upgrading the GPU of their ASUS ROG20 or older ASUS G74sx?

it should be doable since it uses a standard GPU.

I do own it but want to upgrade the GPU from the 750TI that it has so looking for anyone who knows what else is compatible and I will re post in that other thread thanks

I have the single power brick version

then you'll be limited in terms of power...

besides you need a blower design cooler in that case.

I have heard some reference cards will fit, and i will get the other power brick for it it has the hardware built in.

well, then you can buy a 650w power supply and knock yerself out as long as it's an nVidia GPU with a blower cooler
