Solved

Since yesterday my windows 10 has started to boot very slowly, it gets stuck at the windows logo with the circle spinning at the bottom for about 5 minutes and then proceeds to boot properly.

I've tried restore points and even formatted all my hard drives and installing a new windows and its still occurring.

I have not received any computer freezes / blue screens in a long time and I have not done any bios changes recently.

Windows 10 64 bit pro

AMI BIOS 1.C (2016-05-13)

Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 980 TI SuperClocked + ACX 2.0+
Processor: I7-6700K @ 4.6GHZ
Power Supply: Cooler Master 750W Bronze Edition
Random Access Memory: 16 GB @ 2666 DDR4
Motherboard: Z170A GAMING M7
Water Cooler: KRAKEN x61

SSD kingston sv300s37a120g

I hope some one can give me some information as to what can be the cause of this.

I think I managed to fix it.. A few days ago my old HDD broke so I disabled it but never took it out of my computer, just now I took it out and saw that my computer rebooted instantly like it use to, I'll make a post in a few minutes after doing a few tests to see if its solved or not.

Also thanks sage for steering me into the right direction :P
