Ok, let's start off as saying I'm a console peasant and I want to switch to a PC, I don't want a normal PC, I want a PC that will make ps4 look like a waste of money type PC, Also I have to be able to play at high settings and have 60+ fps for on coming games and current games, I have a budget of 2000 dollars in Canadian currency.(I don't want a liquid cooler mainly because I probably can't maintain it)

Gaming like Gtav, Battlefield 4(max settings), Battlefield 1, The Division and probably Minecraft.

I assume this budget only includes the computer itself? Or do you need any peripherals, a monitor and an OS?

that is not how you start a build. the company you choose depends on the best price to performance within the budget, not blatant fanboyism (unless theres specific feature you cant live without)

Fair point, didn't realise that. Was aiming for a black and white build.

Yeah, he used a cooler that's about the same price as the motherboard. I second the NH-D15, it's a pretty beefy cooler for the price.

For what reason? Are you running several VRMs, doing heavy animation work, 3D rendering or anything of that sort? If you aren't, you don't need 32GB of RAM. 16GB is enough.

Maybe, although it's not listed on PCPP.
