When you get a new mobo, make sure it has onboard usb 3.0 usb headers. Your case should have a cable with a blue tip leading from where the usb ports are. This is what you plug into the usb 3.0 headers. If you dont want to go over $300 budget then just hide the cable.

yes but that doesnt solve the front panel issue.
