What to choose ?

Hi guys. I want to build a new pc. I already decided to get a i5 6500 , 16 Gb RAM DDR4, an SSD and a HDD ( i am not giving names cause i don't think they are really important) and i will go for a Sirtec High Power Element Bronze 600w. Now i don't know what to choose : R9 380, GTX 960 or to wait for the RX 480 4GB to come out ? At this moment in Romania 480 8GB is like 320$ and my budget for a video would be like 250$. I was also thinking about taking a cheaper CPU but i want to use the PC for games as for video editting  so i think i will need a good CPU too. Help me please ?

If your editing videos and gaming you could use a 6700 with the stock cooler it should do good enough. Also the rx480 4gb is already out

Get the RX480. Choose a better PSU (look here for advice). For video editing, I would pick an i7 or Xeon, but as you said you were thinking about a cheaper CPU, my advice is stay with what you have.
