Nvidia control panel error message (wont open)

So my Nvidia control panel won't open. When right clicking the desktop to then click the icon. It get the message that my GPU is not connected to a display. I tried DDU and unistalled the drives and then reinstalled the drivers. Still no luck. Please help me.
