Posted July 6, 2016 This is kind of a dumb question, so prepare yourselves for noob-ness. A lot of mechanical keyboards that I've seen (Corsair Strafe, K70, K95, Logitech G810, etc.) says it is only compatible with Windows; does this mean it will not function at all on Mac, or only the macros and such will not function? The reason for this is that I don't want to buy a separate keyboard for my school computer (a Macbook Pro). Thanks in advance.
 As far as I know, any USB keyboard will function as a basic keyboard in Mac OS just as it does under Windows. You just won't be able to use any of the additional features that require software drivers unless there is a Mac version available. http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/810-orion-spectrum-rgb-gaming-keyboard#download The Logitech G810 has Mac software support. When I visit this page on my work iMac, it shows me Mac versions of the driver.
