BSOD on computer wakup

Hello, ive recently been having a problem with my computer where it would crash on wake up after putting the computer in hibernate or sleep, most oftently it will just restart without any error screen but ive gotten one or two that were a BSOD. A number of devices are affected by the next start up after the BSOD; my USB wire Xbox controller driver not working correctly, and Steam having to re-register its patch, are to name a few. this happens 95% of every time put my computer into sleep or hibernate its quite constant ive tryed looking into the problem but i cant find anything however im not an expert on this kinda stuff.

 windows 7 ultra 64bit

nvidia GTX 750 ti

Intel core 2 quad q9650

8gbs of duel channel ddr2 ram

potentially a BoIS issue. Is that the latest version available?

Im not sure!

i did just run a Memory test and no problem were found so thats ruled out

im kinda scared to update my bios to be honest

 

Update there is a bio update from 2010 however it says its v1.23 which is the one i have
