What do you think about this pc build?

in addition i planning to play 1080p games and some editing.

i think it's enough for me and the budget is nice.

I'd switch out the PSU to one of higher quality, such as the Seasonic S12II 520.

 

Paying $300 for a GTX 970 now is a horrible deal with the RX 480 now out. If you want a red build, wait for the MSI RX 480 8GB with the Twin Frozr VI cooler.

Second on axing the 970 in favor of a 480. The 480 pretty much mirrors the 970 in performance at a much better price point.

Nothing wrong with the PSU you have selected. As others have stated, do not get a 970. Wait for the MSI gaming version of the RX480, should likely be out in the next 1-2 months.

If you don't mind about not being fully red then going with Xeon + 1070 is much, much, much, much better

Low quality components (85C-rated Chinese capacitors), lousy performance in crossroad tests, meh voltage regulation and ripple suppression etc.

 

Better off with the Seasonic.

Fine for low budget builds, but this is certainly not low budget. Perfectly okay for a $500 or less build but not good for a $1000 rig.

well by everyones standard I have a "low budget" PSU in the CS650M and I have zero issues with it yet if you price out my system on pcpartpicker, its nearly 2k. Shrugs.. nothing wrong with a 500 watt bronze from EVGA.
