In my opinion you should have a 240+ ssd for your os

I agree with mattrhook, also one thing I have allways done is go overkill on the psu (1000 w) given the gtx 1080 and the fact it looks like you may overclock. The less stress you put on the psu in power consumption, the longer the whole rig will last. Worry less about the efficiency, and more about the overall wattage, given you are paying lots more for the platinum rating which only saves you 10 bucks a year over a gold

rated psu and you can get a gold 1000 watt for the price of that platinum.

Also, why would you not buy a single larger

ssd instead of separating? If you buy bigger the cost per gb goes down.

i thought of the 128 GB for the systems since my system on the laptop only uses 80 GB, i'll check that upgrade

for the power, i was thinking to get the 1200W .. just to overkill any possibility or future crazy expansions for SLI with the 1080 ... but thats waaaay to far in the future and probably when i think about it, there will be better GPUs in the market ... so, i think i'll settle with the 1000W.

thx
