just wanted some opinions on how this looked. For the Tower itself I wanted to stay under $500 and this is what I came up with:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/KtznQV

CPU: AMD A10-7860k 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($104.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($15.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Biostar Hi-Fi A70U3P Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard  ($36.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($29.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Western Digital WD Green 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($48.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-M2 MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ Mac Mall)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($54.99 @ Micro Center)

Total: $361.92

Why do you have a $70 case for a $350 build?  ...and that green drive, why?

$320:

This is what I planned:

$500-600 for the tower

$200-300 for peripherals

Approx $1000 total when its all said and done.

So this is kinda a mashup of the two you guys sent in:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($110.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Rosewill RCX-Z775-LP 33.5 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($10.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($45.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($26.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (Purchased For $0.00)
Case: Xion XON-310_BK MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($22.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($59.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Fractal Design FD-FAN-SSR3-92-WT 24.4 CFM  92mm Fan  ($3.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $281.82

The thing is it still needs a graphics card and im willing to spend a bit more, so i think a $200 graphics card in this build would be bottlenecked by something right? Maybe the extra budget could be distributed to get maybe an i5 and a smaller graphics card? Thanks for all the help already everyone.

Edit: The case and budget can fit a GTX 950 but i think that might be a bit much lol
