I see no problem there. CPU and GPU are supported just fine, as Mac natively supports a wide variety of AMD GPUs. Onboard Sound should also run without any problems with injected AppleALC.kext

Just don't use Tony's MultiBeast crap, as it often causes issues with the OS. Better use a clean solution like Clover UEFI Bootloader to inject drivers during boot. I also can't recommend tonymacx86.com - better get some help here or by the awesome communities at insanelymac.com or hackintosh-forum.de
