Pc build Addons questions

Hi i was wondering what kind of chassi and mobo and psu i should buy since im running skylake and i want a mini pc and im soon getting a new gpu which is not that big but i was wondering what parts i should buy to make it *smaller* ik its a mini itx i want to go for but what kind of part specific would be awsome and as cheap as possible would be sweet if that is even possible. a link on pcpartpicker works fine aswell. and the gpu wont be powerhungry i guess or atleast i think :S since im not completly sure what card i should get, but anny way please suggest away as said MOBO PSU and Chassi , sorry for going off topic and thanks for your help :D
