Monitors flickering when turned on

Hey, so I got an Acer XB271HU a few weeks ago and have been having a weird issue. I also have a BenQ monitor and a Dell U2417H. When I turn on my main screen (the XB271HU) it just turns on immediately. The problem happens when I turn on either of my other 2 displays. As soon as I turn them on, all 3 screens will start flickering to black for a good 10 seconds and then be fine.

 

I don't know if it's a G-Sync issue, some setting I need to change or what but I've made sure my displays are plugged into the proper connections on my GPU as I have the Gigabyte G1 Gaming 970 with that bs "flex-tech display" or whatever. If anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated!
