That popped up a couple days ago. Is there anything bad about the SSD in general? Should I get it?

 

It might've bad controller (slow and/or short-lived which might die on you).

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

There are a few firmware problems but updating it  would solve them.

Never mind based on some benchmarks this thing is trash. It also appears to use an older controller.

Get an m4.  It'll be faster than the v4 if you connect it to a SATA 3 port.
