Reuse your old psu, its not that good but its probably not gonna blow up your pc.

see if you can get something like a can of compressed air, a datavac or a leafblower to clean it out. you dont have to buy it, just see if anyone from your family/neighbourhood can lend one to you.

go with a quad core, and get the fastest set of dual channel ram if you're using the apu's graphics.
