Weird undervolting issue

Whenever I undervolt my laptop to a really low mV offset (I can get to -200 mV, maybe even more) and run a stress test for hours, everything seems to be stable. But then after I reboot the laptop, a BSOD comes up. I used XTU and ThrottleStop and I've encountered this issue on both. My CPU is an Intel Core i5-4210H.
