Hello and welcome to the thread.

I use Koodo Pre-Paid plan (I'm in Canada) Essentially I get unlimited texting for $15 a month. With the prepaid thing, you're supposed to be able to buy add ons such as 1gb data, 100 mins, etc. I can't get that to work. I sign in, get to the selection of the add ons, but I can't click the order button! I have zero minutes and I'm currently searching for jobs. It would be a real pain to lose a job due to not being able to receive a call. Please help me...

Thanks! I really appreciate it!

No offense, but why did you post here instead of contacting Koodo first?

1. It was an excuse to bother to make a new password for the forum because I forgot mine.

2. I can't call support because I have no minutes and I don't like emailing companies because I tend to get bad canned replies back. But I suppose I have to now since nobody seems to care, or know. :-)

1. That's just an excuse. Moving on..

2. Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636). Toll-Free, and if it isn't, it's worth paying a little extra to solve your problems. Sometimes in life, you have to pay extra.

1. Is it unreasonable to ask for help for free? I'm tight on cash, they charge a fee and they also happened to be closed at the time.

2. What's wrong with having an excuse to get back onto the forum? It's meant for helping people. I've always found everyone to be very friendly and happy to answer questions so why not ask? I've given a few people some constructive information on their questions so I'm not sure what the problem is exactly... :-)
