How to program an email bot

I need to make a bot for my email. I need the bot to be able to match what's on the screen to an image to decide what to do next.

 

I just need some info on what language and a small guide no need to go into depth

I get a lot of similar emails with attachments I need the program to recognise the attachments and then sort them to the correct places on my computer.

 

Im going to try on python with python imaging library, numpy and pywin

Seriously trying to sort your emails based on images is never going to work. Just use normal email rules to organise based on the sender, subject, keywords, etc like everyone else.
