I bought my first, real tower gaming rig about a week ago and I'm currently trying to overclock my CPU.

I set my Core Ratio to 47 with a 100MHz baseclock. It's running Aida64 at 1.355V for about 2 hours.

It failed last night at 1.350V after about 6h. When can I end Aida64 and assume for the system to be stable?

Also, since 1080s are not available now, I'm rocking the iGpu. Does this have any effect on the CoreVoltage?

It' quite high at about 1.28V for 4GHz, but maybe my CPU ist just bad.

Anyway, temperatures are at about 60°C, fans 600rpm, but they are fluctuating a lot, like 20°C. Is this normal?

Furthermore, Aida64 shows a higher voltage than set in the bios, it peaks at about 1.39V. Also normal?

Assuming my system is stable, should I switch to adaptive voltage mode and what about that turbo setting?

Some people suggest full 24 hour tests.
I ran my stress tests as long as a normal session is for me.
For me that's about 4 hours, max.
That was only after small 15 minute tests to find a failure point.

Since you're doing a stress test, you should change your fan profile to run them at max.
The voltage showing above the set voltage was a thing for me, too.
That could just be a software issue involved with Skylake. Sub 1.4 is safe, though.
You should not switch to adaptive mode. Turn turbo off. Could fix ^ that.
