PC Game Streaming service

So, few weeks ago I build a gaming pc at my dads place but, the thing is. But when I'm at my moms place, I can't continue the games or saves. Now I want, to be able to play the same things without building a new one. I came across some streaming services such as, Nvidia Grid, SHIELD, Steam in-home-streaming. I saw this guide thinking it might be a possibility (https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/3d88si/guidehow_to_steam_outofhome_streaming/). The things is I want to be able to start and shutdown my computer remotely. What is the best Service that I can use or what is the best method?

You could probably set it up with that guide, and for the starting and stopping you could use magic packets and set the power settings to turn of your computer when you have been away for a certain amount of time
