It works the same way as a wired network would in terms of accessing the NAS, so long as the devices are on the same local network. You install and setup FreeNAS, create your shares and then connect to it with your devices. Best to have the NAS wired into the network, even if the clients will be wireless.

How can I create a Wifi network though?

Well, if you have a purely wired network right now, then you'd need to buy an access point to provide WiFi access.

Well, Im creating this NAS in a location with no previous networking system at all. Can I just connect it to a router and connect to the router with my other devices? or can the NAS create its own wifi network with a wifi card?

In that case, you have a few options. While it is technically possible to create a WiFi hotspot from the NAS, it's not really a good solution.

Connecting the NAS to a router, then connecting devices to the router is a simple way to do it. A switch and access point is another way to do it. If you don't specifically need WiFi, just using a switch would also work.

Although this might not be a good option I think I will make a hotsop with the PC, how may I do that?

If you're doing it from a PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/214080/how-to-turn-your-windows-pc-into-a-wi-fi-hotspot/

As for doing it in FreeNAS, I don't know how to do that. It's fundamentally designed to work wired, not wirelessly. You may have issues just getting the NAS to connect to a wireless network or detect the WiFi card because of some driver issues.

Actually, The link you sent me is to create a hospot for internet. I want to create a wifi network not a hotspot for an already existing internet connection.

They don't require an internet connection. The guides may refer to internet connections, but that's because it's what most people use it for. Things like an ad hoc network should be able to just be used as a local network hotspot to connect devices to, without the need for switches or routers. They use nodes to forward traffic to the destination. Some may have some routing functions, but they also have the functions for local networks.

Here's another one: http://www.labnol.org/software/wireless-network-without-router/11494/

If you have trouble with ad hoc type networks, you should be able to connect the NAS to a single access point with a cable, then connect other devices to the access point. That way you avoid issues with FreeNAS WiFi. IP addresses will have to assigned manually, but it's not really a big issue.

Windows has an in-built networking sharing system. It can be used in a similar way to a NAS, though it's not as versatile as a dedicated NAS. You could install and run a NAS on a virtual machine if you wanted to.
