Plays.TV Recording Issue

Hi! I know this is not the place to be asking this exactly but I don't know where else to go. So for the past couple of months my Plays.TV app won't let me record sessions or gameplay highlights of some games ( eg AC4,the Witcher 3, League of Legends etc) but for some weird reason it works with other stuff(Darksiders 2, Skyrim, Ori and the Blind forest etc etc). i 've tried sending a ticket to their support system but that didn't help as they still haven't replied( been months now),tried reinstalling and didn't didnt change a thing and even their forums didn't have any solutions for me that actually worked. So for anyone here with AMD cards(or not doesn't matter) using the Plays.TV service, have any of you faced this and could you help me if you know how to fix this problem? My biggest issue is that I can't record League of Legends gameplay and thats what this thing is built for!( I play on the Garena SEA server)
