Best sub $100 tablet?

Hi,

I am looking at buying an android tablet, but was wondering which one to get. I was looking around, and i seem to have found one that would work for me, but i was wondering what the community feels about sub 100 dollar tablets. Are they any good? 

Right now, i am looking at the Anteck 9.6 inch tablet/phablet (Amazon) as the amazon reviews dont look too bad, and nor does the price. It would aslo mean i can put in a pay as you go sim in, to use with steam mobile authenticator for my other account.

Have you considered buying from China? For 100 dollars, you can get a really nice tablet. Gearbest has a wide range of options and it is a reliable site as far as I am concerned

I did look into some from gearbest. I was looking at this one: http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_298398.html I am not sure if it would be any good, but dual booting into windows seems like a cool feature to have.

That is better than the tablet from Amazon, you can get a 1080p panel for 15 dollars more if you need it, although 1280x800 at 8 inches is not that bad.

I am probably going to pick this one up. Do you know anything about their delivery times/import taxes?

I bought a phone like 2 months ago, no taxes at all, but delivery is kinda slow, 2-3 weeks usually
