Cossair strafe rgb

Just right now my strafe is unresponsive and the cue software doesn't recognize it anymore, but Windows does and all the leds turned off except for the indicator lights they are on, I tried restarting, reconnecting the usb's and even uninstalled the hid keyboard drivers and nothing is working . Please help!!!!
