Quantum Break for PC / Windows 10

Renders in 720p on 1080p screens and the forced UWP vsync is utterly broken.

Whut? Some players can render the game in 21:9 screen ratio for 4k Gaming? How the heck did they do that?

It uses the same upscaling technique that it uses on the Xbox to upscale a 720p render to 1080p. I'm unsure how it handles resolutions higher than 1080p, but I guarantee it's not rendering at 1440p/21:9 resolutions/4K natively. If it's still upscaling from 720p to those resolutions, that's horrifying.

 

Sorry to nitpick, but 21:9 is ultrawide (such as 2560x1080 or 3440x1440). 4K is not a technical term but it usually refers to 3840x2160 (which is 16:9).
