install.exe? cannot access it

i was browsing file explorer and came across a file. The file name was "303a4df8fb002875e0". I opened it and i saw a file that said setup.exe. When i click it a message comes up that says: Windows cannot access the specific the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access this file. What is this?

You should probably scan your PC with Avast (or similar antivirus) and malewarebytes

it was in my D: drive

Windows updates for some odd reason put a temporary file like that on my spare drive. that is what it probably is, just take ownership of it and delete it, you don't need it
