Gallery Doctor is an app developed by AVG that scans through images taken on your phone and flags any photos that are considered blurry or low quality in general, I found the app quite useful when I needed to clear space on my phone. One thing to note is that it also flags long videos which are videos over one minute long however you can set it so that it does not delete them.

Overall the app is very useful and I recommend it.
