Suggestions for a amp/dac

Hello, I recently have been looking into headphones and got interested. So I went out and bought myself a HE-400s headphones and want to pair it with a dac and amp (obvious reasons integrated audio is just horrible) I went on many forums and couldn't decide on any. My budget is around 150 dollars for both an AMP and a DAC.

What is "horrible" about your integrated audio? Because that's a very blanket statement.

Well I get distortion and headphones do not get loud enough

With regards to distortion, I would check out this guide:

 

 

As for not getting loud enough, amplification might be necessary. Please make sure that all of your audio drivers are properly installed, and that you are using the correct headphone jack on your PC. Sometimes integrated amplifiers provide that additional power to the front jack, whereas sometimes it's the rear jack.
